Secondary lock prevents accidental opening of latch. Especially suitable for use in areas of low clearance due to flat profile.
Can be used for gripping in a groove without use of catch plate.
Easy operation despite high operating tension.
Possibility of sealing.
This latch is identical to the F40, but has the secondary lock feature.
The secondary lock hook has to be pulled back at the same time that the lever is lifted for the latch to be opened.
The secondary lock strike is supplied in 18/8 stainless steel only and has to be ordered separately from the latch.
Assembly rivets and wire hook 18/8 stainless steel in all cases.
Stainless steel latches have reinforced links.
Interchangeable with GE-40 model.
High tensile strength.
Sealable.
On request, this toggle can be equipped with different length hooks.
Low thickness.
Easy to close and open despite high tensions.
Approximate fixing position to give 250daN tension
with 60 mm link x = 42.1 mm
with 70 mm link x = 53.1 mm
Maximum operating tension: 350daN
Ultimate tension: 500daN
Recommended Catch Plate: Type AC 151 or AC 160
Lever: Metal Thickness 1.5mm
Base: Metal Thickness 2.0 mm
